About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Choice Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with Acquired Brain Injury, Epilepsy, and reduced physical mobility to live their life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and prompting with mobility and walking to ensure the individual's safety and independence.
  • Support the individual in engaging in activities they enjoy, such as playing Scrabble and word games, going out for drives, and visiting local attractions.
  • Work closely with the individual and their family to ensure their time is spent doing things that matter to them.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support as needed.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as the individual has their own mobility car.
  • Part-time position, 20 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns.
  • Location: Shavington, Crewe, with free parking available.
