We are rated Outstanding for the residential care we provide to children and young people ages 7 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities. Our Homes are based close to our Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire. As a strong and well-structured team, we will support you to successfully deliver care and support that meets and exceeds Quality Standards.
Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
You will play a crucial role in our leadership and management team within the Residential Children’s Home. You will dedicate your time to:
Delegating, overseeing, and practically caring for Looked After Children (LAC) in line with care plans ad Quality Standard’s outlined in the Children’s Home Regulations.
Representing Homes for Support and advocating for children in our partnership with professionals and families.
Professionally developing your skills and the skills of those within your team to further enable our deliver of Outstanding care as a team of trusted childcare professionals.

Salary range: £29,700.00 to £30,600.00 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Shift working pattern options of 2 days work, 4 days off work (Average 3 days per week, 10 shifts per month, 150 hours per month and 5.6 weeks annual leave per year)
