**Responsibilities of Support Worker**:
To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team, you will dedicate your commitment to one Residential Children's Home to:

- Provide daily care to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment, ensuring the Home is clean, hygienic and well-equipped
- Enable access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
- Support the development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting, shopping, and cooking
- Represent Homes for Support and advocate for children in our partnership with professionals and families

We are a strong and well-structured team of childcare professionals providing therapeutic residential care to children and young people ages 7 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities. To give you the best possible experience as a member of our team, our two to six-bedroom Residential Children's Homes are close to our Head Office and in-house Training venue in Crewe, Cheshire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£34,200.00 per year
