DB Charles Recruitment have partnered with an incredibly exciting group business based near to Henley-on-Thames, that are currently seeking to hire a permanent Receptionist / Office Manager.

The group business has been established for over 10+ years and in this time has seen great growth in turnover. The business has a number of subsidiary companies involved in varying sectors such as IT, Medical Clinics and Consultancy. The role as Receptionist& Office Manager will involve the below day to day duties:

- Reception, front of house duties
- Diary management
- Call / query handling
- Filing
- Supporting with administrative duties, including preparing reports and minute taking
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking travel, flights & hotels
- Negotiating key supplier contracts; e.g. mobile phones, car leases, office lease, insurance
- Coordinating events, meetings and diaries
- A career background as a Receptionist / Office Manager
- A receptionist background within an office or medical clinic would be advantageous
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Highly skilled with MS Office packages, ideally including Teams & SharePoint
- Excellent discretionary skills
- Ability to commit to a permanent office role based in Henley-on-Thames, that given the nature of the position, will be office based, not offering hybrid working.

The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and the client is offering a salary of £24,000 per annum.
