Working for a well established construction company in Aylesford you will join a small office based team and be the 1st point for contact for site based managers and staff.
Varied administrative duties
- Setting up site administration folders
- Saving and completing documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors, completing contracts and documentation
- Updating internal systems and spreadsheets - Booking training and uploading certificates
- Managing the Training matrix and upkeeping excel trackers
- Booking tests for plant equipment, dumpers and rollers
- Printing off construction drawings
- Sourcing construction materials and negotiating costs - with support and training given
