Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the service department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule service appointments and maintain the service calendar
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in computerized systems
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting periodic inventory checks
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role essential
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and financial documents
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills
