I am working with a specialist Builders Merchant who are looking for a sales administrator to join their busy team.

The role for the sales administrator will include:

- Open new customer accounts
- Process customer orders
- Look after occasional face to face trade orders
- Stock control
- Providing excellent customer service to customers

Skills & Experience required for the sales administrator role include:

- Previous experience and knowledge of construction industry/ building merchants is essential
- Confident on telephones and customer facing
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works well within a team

Extras you need to know for the sales administrator role:

- Full time permanent position
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm(1 hour for lunch)
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday + extra days for Christmas closure
- Discretionary bonus paid yearly (% of salary)
- Salary is depending on experience but ranges from £25000-£32000
