Customer Service Administrator

**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000 DOE
Location Aylesford
Hours: Monday
- Friday 8:30am-5pm ( 4pm finish on Fridays)

My well established drainage client who has recently become a part of a franchise is looking to expand their team and recruit an Customer Service Administrator who has experience of working closely with clients and managing processes from start to finish. You will be handling the administrative duties and being a core asset to the team and clients.
My client has made £15Million profit in the last year and thrive throughout the colder and wetter periods of the year. You will be an independent and organised individual who can manage their time effectively to ensure all administrative duties are completed by the deadline. You will be managing client portals and building relationships with clients. My client offers fantastic training and has a smooth sailing onboarding process with regular career progression staying within operations or heading into commercial.

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:

- using the internal and client portal system to update the job tickets for clients and submitting invoices to the clients via the client portal
- updating and uploading new tickets on the internal system with order details for general maintenance tasks
- liaising with the engineers and ensure you have received the job completion reports for the team to process and upload on to the client portal
- providing excellent customer service to key accounts when needed

Requirements and experience of this Customer Service Administrator:

- experience with the utilities is preferred however experience working with building services or M & E is suitable
- experience scheduling and using portals
- experience working within fast paced environment while having attention to detail
- organised to complete all prioritised workload
- excellent communication skills is required
- IT literate
