We are now searching for an Outbound SDR to strengthen our SDR supporting and focusing on the UK region.
Key tasks
As an SDR UK, you will cover the UK market and become a trusted resource in creating a qualified pipeline and developing relationships with prospects, acting as the initial (human) point of contact for those interested in learning more about us and what we do. You’ll learn skills that will foster your professional development in both sales and marketing. Your contributions will directly accelerate our pipeline and fuel our success
- Fast, efficient, and intelligent review and distribution of inbound leads. This includes delivering the hottest sales-ready outbound leads directly to our in-house sales people, external resellers or partners.
Also:
- Fast, intelligent, and personalized follow-up, based on interaction with nurturing content and website engagement, to turn warm leads into quality pipeline.
- Book and lead meetings with prospects with the goal to turn initial interest in the benefits of customer service automation into buyer intent for boost.ai’s platform.
- Create, analyze, and optimize engaging automated follow-up sequences through outreach to ensure marketing and sales messaging alignment.
- Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
- Act without being told what to do.
- Bring new ideas to the company.
- Embrace an interdepartmental team spirit and play an integral part in the smooth running of commercial teams.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Sales Development experience required, preferably in a tech/Saas environment.
- You have a track record of growth in a self-starting environment, demonstrating your drive, creativity, and intellect.
- Ability to clearly communicate the business value of a complicated product.
- Desire to work in the fast-paced environment of a start-up.
- A self-starter who demonstrates own initiative, is solution-driven and results-oriented.
- Team player who is interested in contributing to the company’s success.
- Friendly, fun person energized by a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, sense of humor, and an open mind.
