As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for entering data into the College's Student Record System in order to aid learner enrolment. You will work under the direction of the MIS Manager to handle sensitive data in line with GDPR guidelines. Roles are available across all 4 of our campuses and you should state your preferred campus, we do our utmost to accommodate preferences, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learner.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
