Storesperson

From £25,000 per annum, plus benefits_

As **Storesperson** you will be responsible for performing multiple duties relating to the receiving, distributing and shipping of materials in the warehouse. This will include daily data entry of material receipts and shipped sales orders, using the computer systems.

Your work will involve:

- Performing general warehousing activities, including shipping, receiving, stocking, cycle counting and data entry.
- Using work order pick lists, physically kitting all work orders and delivering material to appropriate manufacturing work cell.
- Maintaining and marking up work order pick lists with all modifications necessary to ensure actual material kitted and released to the appropriate manufacturing work cell is accurately reflected.
- Supporting, as required, with keying of transaction data into the computer system
- Processing dispatch requirements - pick and pack.
- Ensuring receipts and shipments are handled in a timely manner.
- Helping to ensure safety in the warehousing environment by maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Filling requests for material requisitioning process and delivering material to the requested personnel.
- Relevant experience, working in warehousing and inventory control.
- Fork lift licence (Counter balance and Reach truck) required.
- Driving License (Car) required.
- Good level of communication (spoken and written).
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, strong team environment.
- Good organisation skills, to keep accurate records and maintain in a safe and tidy warehouse environment.
