We are looking for a temporary property admin assistant to help the team manage a portfolio of Freehold/long leasehold residential block properties, predominantly in Brighton, Hove and further afield.

You will be an integral part of the team, reporting to the Senior PM and helping us to provide outstanding customer service.

Full time: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm July August 2023

A good standard of general education is essential.

Team player - willingness to support other colleagues as required.

Job Purpose : To support the smooth day to day function of the Property Management Pods & Department

Main Duties (to include)

Provide admin support services to Property Management

Creation and issuing of ad hock letters as required.

Create and mail merge budget notes for our property portfolio.

Coordinating appointments and maintenance works

Issuing of works orders

Scheduling required call backs upon completion of works

Updating of maintenance and property spread sheets.

Supporting the delivery of processes within the department

Issuing of keys and dealing with contractors

Meeting and greeting customers and clients visiting the office.

To assist with any other administrative work as required

*Other tasks as required by the departments

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
