Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a local, Hove based client who are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant for an interim 6-month basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be supporting the finance function

Duties may include:

- Assist with sales ledger, posting receipts, billing and service charges
- Optimise cash flow with credit control and avoiding bad debts.
- Monitor accounts and escalating any overdue bad debts
- Assist with reconciliations
- Assist with audits
- Occasional assistance with project work
- Ad hoc duties across the finance, administration,

Essential skills/experience required for this role:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of finance experience
- Previously experience working across accounts receivable/sales ledger
- Strong systems skills including Excel
- Strong communication and customer services skills
