Grafton Banks Finance are keen to hear from Credit Control/Sales Ledger Managers in the Brighton and Hove area. We are actively supporting a growing business with offices based not far from Brighton train station. Reporting into the Financial Controller,this role will be managing a team of credit controllers and supporting the sales ledger function.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

- Allocating and managing workload across the team
- Maintain and build KPI’s, monthly reporting including variances
- Managing the sale ledger team, assisting with training, and providing any support needed
- Maintaining client contracts and accounts.
- Resolving billing queries
- Assisting with building positive business relationships with clients and colleagues
- Responsibility for all of the sales ledger function

Essential skills/experience required for this role:

- Management of a sales ledger team (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Confident Excel user alongside exposure to ERP accounting systems
- Accounting qualification is desirable (i.e., AAT, CIMA/ACCA part-qualified)

Please note this role offers hybrid working after an initial training period. You will need to be able to commute to the offices 3-4 days per week.
