Sales Team Manager

We’re looking for an intelligent Sales Team Manager to join our fast growing client in Hove.
They work with people looking to re-skill/up-skill, and help them achieve this by recommending the appropriate E-learning course(s).
They also offer continual support throughout the learning process and a job support service at the end, supporting the person to gain the employment in their desired industry.
**Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE**
**£70,000+ OTE**
**Hove office**
The Sales Team Manager will lead and support a team of Sales Consultants and ensure they are successfully achieving their targets.
This isn’t a Player-Manager position, your sole focus will be to manage and provide guidance to the team in a highly rewarding industry.
Key duties include:
- Leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants
- Guiding them through an agreed set of metrics to develop greater sales capability
- Reach and exceed all sales targets and business KPI's
- Forecasting and reporting on team and individual sales performance
- Monitoring team call recordings
- Conducting regular team training sessions to share best practice
- Recommending improvements to the sales process to maximise sales
- Supporting with the recruitment and training of new consultants within the team
- Support the Head of Sales to create and improve internal processes to improve productivity
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to strengthen the sales proposition
- Look for opportunities and provide solutions
- Provide inspiration and motivation using a personalised approach
