**Part-time Customer Service and Admin Assistant**
**£14000 per annum**
**18 hours (Monday, Tuesday & Friday working days)**
**Based in Hove, East Sussex**
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for natural health?
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our friendly team based in our Head Office located minutes from the seafront in Hove. In this part-time role (18 hours a week), you will be responsible for assisting our head office team and ensuring excellent customer service relationships with our membership.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Admin assistance to CEO, executive board and head office team as required
- Database - data entry / maintenance
- Merchandise - updating website / ordering / purchasing / sending out / invoicing
- General office supplies - ordering and management
- Website - management of membership resources
- Advertising - processing advert requests / issuing invoices / chasing payment / advert maintenance on website
- Admin assistance to our events team
- Mail - conference advertising / magazine / general post
- Light cleaning of office internally and externally to maintain a professional environment at all times.
*There will need to be flexibility to cover holiday and sickness leave. Occasional attendance over a weekend to attend the companies' conferences & workshops is also required.*
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- A GCSE or equivalent qualification with strong proficiency in Maths and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small organization.
- Proficiency in database management and accurate data entry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members, the executive board and colleagues.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a team player.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle member queries and issues.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of general office maintenance and willingness to provide assistance when needed.
- A UK driving licence

- You are required to attend our twice-yearly events in Birmingham and Heathrow. This will require your attendance over 2 weekends including an overnight stay on both occasions. Time in lieu is offered. Please confirm you are available to do this.
