GildAir Services is a well-established Hertfordshire based company that has built up an enviable reputation over the past five years. With a vast array of experience in Air Conditioning and Ventilation, we have successfully completed jobs at Claridge's Hotel, Toyota Woodford and Randox Health Clinics.
Whether for domestic or commerical use; GildAir Services can supply, install, and maintain/service your air conditioning units in London, and throughout the UK.
Job Overview:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Compiling timesheets
- Raising Orders
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and resolving discrepancies with suppliers
- Generating various documents such as Project Reports.
- Preparing RAMS documents
- Preparing quotes for potential projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proven administrative office experience
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner are essential
- A desire to learn and take on additional duties
- Ability to build good working relationships with a diverse range of customers and suppliers
- A team player, who is willing to work hard and learn all aspects of the business
- Proactive individual who can deal with issues and resolve problems
- Be reliable and punctual
- Full working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience using SAGE would be beneficial but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £11.00 per hour
