Join our Team as a Logistics Administratoir
My Client, one of the biggest logistics companies in the uk, is currently looking for a logistics administrator to join them for a long term project in Chatam, London.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee the transportation, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment on the construction site.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track the movement of materials to and from the site.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage procurement and logistics processes.
- Monitor and optimize logístical procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
- Resolve any logístical issues or delays to ensure project timelines are met.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations.
