We are seeking a highly skilled and organized German Language Office Administrator to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales representatives in the UK and Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed correctly and that customer requirements are met. This involves liaising with sales reps, communicating directly with customers via email and telephone, and working with freight agents and warehouse staff to organize logistics.

Additionally, the German Language Office Administrator will be required to work at trade shows and showrooms in the UK and Germany, serving customers, taking orders, and answering questions regarding our product. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

Based on the location and job requirements, we estimate this role to pay around £24,750 per annum.
