We are looking for a proactive and intuitive Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our cohesive Recruitment Operations team for 12 months.
Working as a Recruitment Coordinator you’ll provide ongoing and dynamic support to the Early Careers Recruitment Team with a variety of recruitment related tasks - scheduling interviews, managing right to work checks, triaging requests into shared mailboxes, raising purchase orders as well as providing efficient administration support for other ad-hoc tasks.
This role offers variety where one day is never the same. You’ll join a team that supports each other and gain exposure to a broad range of stakeholders within different teams within the National Grid Business.
To succeed in, and more importantly enjoy this role, you’ll thrive from working in a busy environment, you’ll be exceptionally organised with good attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritise, all whilst providing a great customer service.
The role is hybrid. One day a week you’ll join the team at our Warwick office.
**About you**:
GCSE or similar good level of English both spoken and written for communication.
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding in the role and importance of data management
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a large corporation and using an ATS or similar HR system beneficial
- Experience in a customer or stakeholder facing role (ideally)
