We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join one of our aerospace Clients on a permanent basis in Hayes, Heathrow

About the role:
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for a timely creation of the Sales Induction Form, creation of Sales Orders and printout of the yellow folders.
- Sending of Missing & Damage information to customer and communicate with customer on customer supplied parts and inform our organisation.
- To communicate quotes with the customer.
- To support the Billing department in preparation of the invoicing packages to the customer.
- To prepare and send regular status reports to the customer.
- Communication/Organisation of shipment to and from customer (depending on contractual terms).
- Prepare shipping documentation in line with the Shipping department.
- Support Documentation department and the customer on documentation clarifications.
- Being responsible for the continuous improvement of the Customer Support Specialist processes.
- Coordinate with the team and internal stakeholders to meet the contractual requirements

Education & Experience:

- Experience in the Aerospace industry desirable.
- Previous experience in Customer Support role.
- Organisational talent, high own initiative, high conflict ability and analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to read and understand customer contracts / specification
- Possess relationship building skills
- Have good IT skills with the use of standard Microsoft packages. Proven experience of using ERP data systems (SAP / AMOS etc.)
