We began trading online in 2009 allowing us to expand both our product range and customer base. We now trade on a number of sales platforms including our own websites NEXTDAYPAINT.CO.UK, CHAPELINTERIORS.CO.UK and market places such as Amazon and Ebay.

We are looking for a customer service Advisor/Administrator to join our small, friendly team on a full time basis. Based at our Warehouse/office in Adlington, Macclesfield SK10.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Key responsibilities**:

- Helping to maintain an organised and efficient office.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and orders.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment is essential (Preferably 2 years +)
- Strong computer skills - Being proficient in excel is essential
- Good communicator / friendly and empathetic approach to customers, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to create and maintain SOPs
- Highly organized and able to use initiative to make decisions
- Ability to multi-task, be able to react to changes in priorities.
- Diligent, conscientious and eager to learn
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience with Amazon and ebay marketplaces would be advantageous but not essential
