**Your Role**:
As the Head of Construction, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects to success. From overseeing build projects and ensuring quality control to managing construction teams and adhering to safety regulations, you will lead from the front. Your contributions will span from project inception to final completion and adoption.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and inspire site teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute to projects at every stage, ensuring company procedures are implemented.
- Provide guidance and support for staff development.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing for all stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest standards of product and customer service.
- Drive Elan Homes' profitability by coordinating departments and managing multiple developments within budget.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor performance objectives in time, cost, safety, and quality.
- Exceed financial targets by understanding and managing contractual affairs.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Extensive knowledge of construction techniques and technical requirements.
- Current SMSTS certificate.
- CSCS card Managers and Professionals.
- Current 1st Aid certificate.
- Outstanding man-management and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Relevant industry experience in a managerial role.
