**Package and Benefits of a Customer Service Administrator**:
- **Salary**: £11.63 per hour
- **Location**: Pentwyn, Cardiff
- **Contract**: Permanent
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:15 pm
- Fully onsite for the first few weeks then hybrid working
- Excellent canteen facilities onsite
- Free parking onsite
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays
**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator**:
- Managing PO and invoices which includes creating and controlling PO and invoices, reconciliation of PO's to invoices and managing sign off and receipts
- Coordinating of B&I project procurement, ensuring on time delivery and cost management
- Managing and controlling monthly and quarterly returns
- Assisting the System Analyst by logging CR's
- Completing any general administrative skills
**Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Administrator**:
- Secondary school education with relevant qualifications
- Vocational training plus 2 years working experience is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with great customer service skills
- Knowledge of Excel and MC Office software package, (SAP)
