**What You'll bring to the role**:

- Be passionate about exciting your customers each day and believe in going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Support our customers who phone to make bookings for vehicle servicing and repairs or general enquiries.
- Help us maintain strong customer relations by proactively contacting customers after their visit to our Porsche dealership.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure our customer receives an outstanding level of service.
- Provide key support to our dealership colleagues by maintaining accurate customer and vehicle data.
