Administration Assistant

Due to expansion of the Residential Property Department, we are looking for someone to fill the position of a brand new role of Administration Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Residential Property Department, this includes: Data inputting, scanning, filing, photocopying and other generic office procedures as required
- Distribution of correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
