**Airtech Advanced Materials UK Ltd i**s a division of Airtech Advanced Materials Group, the largest manufacturer of vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials to the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Wind Energy, and general composite industries.
Based in Chadderton, we are recruiting for a Customer Services Team Administrator to join our team for a fixed term of 12 months to support us through a busy time.
**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this role is varied and will flex to support the team in their duties to deliver a professional and efficient customer service.
**Key responsibilities will include the following (but will not be limited) to**:
- To print, scan and allocate relevant paperwork.
- To request quotes and raise quotations in our system.
- To maintain database / records using the Microsoft office package.
- To work closely and communicate well with all internal departments.
**Key skills required**:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good multitasking skills.
- Team player with ability to blend into an existing team seamlessly.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft skills.
- The desire to develop and grow into an office based role.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment would be preferred but is not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £99,999.00-£999,999.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
