Customer Service/sales Administrator

Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and confident **Customer Service & Sales Administrator** on behalf of our well-established client in **Oldham**.
- Location: Oldham (OL4)
- Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £24,000 per annum
- Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & free parking
As a Customer Service & Sales Administrator your main role will be to ensure all relevant information in respect of individual customers is accurately maintained on the system, liaising with the customer with regards to dispatch dates and keeping them informed of their order status. The key focus will be producing job cards that are issued to production and working out the best way these will operate in production.
**Other duties will include**:
- Communicating with internal departments such as Purchasing, order management, Quality, and design to ensure compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
- Processing orders and ensuring on time delivery.
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Analysing customer specifications for print
- Maintaining Client Records
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
**The required traits, skills, and background**:
- Minimum of 12 months experience within an office administrative role
- Experience with sales order processing and/or administration within manufacturing would be desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong numerical skills (the role will involve converting measurements from metric to imperial)
- Adaptable with a "do what it takes" attitude to completing tasks within set deadlines.
- Assertive and confident with a passion to learn
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Confident in solving problems when required.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
