Part Time Customer Service Administrator

Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking a **Customer Service Administrator **on a Part-Time basis to join a well-established business based in **Oldham**.
- **Location: Oldham **(OL1)
- **Salary**:In the region of £11.54 per hour / £15,002 per annum
- **Hours of work**:25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (5 hours per day).
Duties will include and not be limited to:
- Sales order processing
- Following the customer order from the sale through to completion, and problem solving if any issues crop up along the way
- Dealing with new and existing customer enquiries, and using your product knowledge in order to advise on products
- Attending events - these are irregular but frequent, and as this is a small business the responsibility to attend these events is split throughout the team in order to ensure sales opportunities are maximised
- Liaising with suppliers as required
- Relaying customer questions, concerns and feedback to the warehouse team and management team
- Any other administrative duties as required within the business
**Skills & Attributes Required**:
- Experience of office-based customer service is preferred
- Going above and beyond to deliver a high quality of customer service
- Efficient organisational and prioritisational skills
- Problem-solving
- A positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
- A great team-player
