Mpeople Recruitment are seeking an **Customer Services Administrator **on behalf of our thriving client based in **Royton.**
- **Salary**:£21,252
- **Location**: Royton (OL2)
- **Hours**: Rolling 3 week rota; Week 1: 8:30-4:30, Week 2: 9:00-5:00, Week 3: 9:30-17:30

Our client is looking for an experienced **Customer Services Administrator **to join their busy, thriving department which provides customers with the highest levels of service support.

Duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include but not be limited to:
**Daily Tasks**:

- Processing Export orders to a high standard
- Answering customer queries
- Generating correct and precise documentation
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Maintaining customer files
- Knowledge of customs process

**Skills, knowledge and attributes**:

- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Team player
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Organised and efficient to meet deadlines and deliver objectives
