Please note this is initially for 12 months FTC.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide support sales and customer administration support to overseas and UK teams
- Handling customer enquiries
- To ensure that sales enquiries and orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Be competent in the management of inbound and outbound calls
- Handling customer complaints and issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.
- Liaise with internal departments, checking stock levels, delivery dates
- Coordinating delivering and ensuring order details can be adhered to.
- Keeping shipment logs up to date

About you?
- Experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service Administration is essential
- Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Keen to learn and use own initiative
- Competent in relevant IT packages i.e Excel
- Ability to learn internal systems
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accurate
