**Paying up to £25,000 + Benefits - **Based in Oldham, North Manchester our client is a successful engineering business that is committed to supporting their team, as well as supporting the wider Oldham community. As Service Sales Administrator, you will be office-based, working Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

**THE JOB**

Reporting to the Sales Director, as Service Sales Administrator, you will liaise with your colleagues and customers on a daily basis to deliver sales quotations, process orders, deal with enquiries and provide support to the sales team to manage existing key client accounts.

As Service Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Processing customer enquiries
- Entering customer data and orders
- Following up on sales quotations
- Key account information management
- Offering customers advice and support
- Using Excel spreadsheets to record and track sales order information
- Work as part of the team to ensure the work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with general administration where necessary

**THE PERSON**

The ideal Service Sales Administrator will already have both customer service and administration experience and will need outstanding people skills. A professional and friendly approach is essential as you will be expected to deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times. You will need to be able to work to your own initiative and at times at some pace therefore, you must be a robust character that is highly organised, able to multitask and confident at problem solving. You will need to be reactive to change and have a flexible approach to all that you do.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
