**You and Your Team**

Reporting to the Customer Outcomes Senior Assurance Manager you’ll support in setting clear direction to direct team, Customer Outcomes Team, COO Management and strategic third parties.

With a focus on the design and maintenance of COO and functional MI performance reporting against the single customer interaction policy and quality standards and providing a routine view of performance and standards being met by COO customer journeys.

In your day-to-day role you will:

- Design and maintain COO and functional MI performance reporting against the single customer interaction policy and quality standards
- Design and maintain COO MI and reporting for colleague competence and adherence to single customer interaction policy and quality standards
- Design and maintain COO MI and reporting to provide a routine view of performance and standards met by COO customer journeys
- Find and interrogate data, using SAS/SQL and be able to present your data/findings.
- Support the Customer Outcomes Senior Assurance Manager, manage a stakeholder network effectively to deliver results in a collaborative way, whilst maintaining the integrity of the overall function and COO
- Contribute to the leadership of the Customer Outcomes Team

**What You’ll Bring to The Team**

Working within First Line Risk and Control you will be accountable for ensuring quality and customer journey standards are met. To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience is required:

- Good third party and internal stakeholder management
- Ability to complete complex analysis and reporting covering a wide range of activities that require complex judgement and solutions
- Ability to explain complex data and outcomes in concise language
- Experience using SAS/SQL.
- Proven track record working in a specialist Customer Outcome role
- Highly numerate
