This role will see you ensuring the day to day delivery of complaints is handled and actioned according to company and regulatory standards.

- £24,000 - £26,000

This is a newly created role and looking for someone with a good background in complaint management.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day coordination of complaints and handling the process from start to finish adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
You will need to liaise with internal and external parties to carry out detailed, thorough investigations and report accordingly. You will work closely with the legal and compliance department as well as wider within the business to prevent complaints.

- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Able to build good working relationships
- Legal knowledge an advantage
- Experience managing case work

The role is a full time, permanent position and will be an office based role.
