We are commited t delivering inspiring but practical projects whilst creating a sustainable future through design. We cover a wide range of sectors including mixed use, residential, commercial, hotels, retail, agriculture and the public sector.

Our architectural team provide a full design and supervisory service from concept through to detailed construction drawings and supervision. We do not believe in standard solutions and pride ourselves on providing our diverse range of clients with bespoke designs that meet their requirements.
- Duties
- Meeting & greeting clients.
- Provide general support to visitors, update visitors book, offer refreshments & prepare meeting rooms.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner, take messages and action as appropriate.
- Organise diary appointments, meetings & allocation of pool car.
- Managing an enquiry system taking details from clients, liaise with Directors gathering additional information if required and ensuring response time scales are met.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Work alongside Directors and the team providing admin support, project job listing and maintaining efficiency & organisation.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including typing and knowledge of basic software programs (Microsoft Office, databases etc.) preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with excel or other accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
