**Accounts Administrator**

**Role**:
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to carry out various tasks on a daily basis. Duties will include:
**Sales Ledger**
- Daily Sales Invoicing
- Reporting order profitability
- Debtor chasing
- Customer ledger reconciliations

**Purchase Ledger**
- Posting Invoicing
- Supplier reconciliations
- Intercompany recharges

**Other duties**
- Assisting management with month end processes such as bank reconciliations
- Checking staff expense forms
- Price book updates
- Supplier reconciliations

**Skill Set**
- Organised - Ability to Multi-task on more than one task at an given time
- Confident & Driven -looking for long term career progression within Pet Brands
- Analytical - Understanding forecast and sales targets
- Flexible - Ability to work in any given area and at very busy periods when required - may also include evenings and weekends.
- Communication - Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
