As a Operations and Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and supply chain process by ensuring that stock levels are maintained and available for all customer orders. You will also need to support the wider team in the day to day running of the company’s Operations department. Organisation, communication and adaptability are key to being successful in this role. This is a challenging and exciting role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our business.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Work with Forwarder and Couriers for all imports and exports
- Produce Commercial invoices and Pack Lists for Exports and FOB orders
- Ensure all customs documents are received and in place for all incoming imports
- Arrange book in deliveries to PB UK Warehouses
- Manage stock levels of all UK Warehouses
- Work with Key Accounts to maintain stock forecasting
- Ensure stock levels are correct at all times on the Sage system
- Perishable stock management
- Identify overstocks and slow-moving lines to advise sales and product departments on a weekly basis
- Replenish buffer stock for PB warehouses
- Produce daily picking lists by completing order processing tasks on the computer system
- Sales Order Processing (SOP)
- Answer the phone and deal with incoming queries
- Assist with customer complaints
- Book in deliveries in with customers and carriers
- Assist with processing credits and refunds
- General administration duties

**Role details**
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Salary: £22,500-£23,500 per year (plus Bonus)
- Work days: Monday to Friday (40 hrs)
- Schedule: 8-hour work day, 8.30am - 5pm
- Work Location: Office-based (Birstall, South Yorkshire, UK)
