Position: Credit Control Assistant
Role Overview:
- Manage credit control follow-up communications and reminder calls
- Distribute monthly reminder correspondence
- Provide professional assistance to customers regarding their inquiries
- Update financial references utilizing credit assessment platforms
- Process applications for new accounts in accordance with company protocols
- Conduct general administrative tasks and support
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexibility may be required)
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct or comparable credit control software
- Strong commitment to work and effective time management abilities
- Positive demeanor coupled with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
