Position: Credit Control Assistant
Role Overview:
- Manage credit control follow-up communications and inquiries
- Distribute monthly reminder correspondence
- Assist clients with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Update financial references utilizing credit assessment platforms
- Process new account submissions in accordance with company protocols
- Perform general administrative tasks, providing support as needed
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexibility may be necessary)
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable credit control software
- Strong commitment to work and effective time management abilities
- Positive demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
