Working within our client servicing team, we are looking for someone to provide administrative support in order to deliver an excellent client experience. This role would suit a person with a ‘can do’ positive attitude who enjoys working as part of a team and also independently.

With a good induction program offered, you would not need to have skills specific to the role to get started, although previous experience within the financial services industry and or a basic knowledge of financial products such as ISA, Unit Trusts and pensions would be beneficial.

**Duties and Responsibilities will include: -**
- Acting as a first point of contact for the practice, dealing with correspondence and calls
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Completing follow up client correspondence after meetings
- Assist in the organising of seminars & conferences
- Management of the office stationery & equipment
- Update and input client information onto internal CRM systems
- Ensure all relevant information required for writing client reports is available for our New Business team
- Liaise with Head Office and admin centres as required
- Attend forums and workshops as appropriate for personal development

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Confident communication skills with team members, advisors and clients both face to face and on the phone
- A good level of knowledge and understanding using all Microsoft programmes
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads
- A flexible approach to day-to-day activities, adapting to the need of the business
- A high level of attention to detail

Pay: £21,000.00 per year
