**Office Administrator**

Gordon H Richards in Glan Conwy are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic office administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for providing office support across the business, which involves office management duties, sales processing, customer liaison and getting involved in special projects.

The role is full time working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 and some Saturdays 8-11 on a rota. The post is vacant immediately.

**What is required of you?**
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Data entry and accurate typing skills.
- Use of Microsoft Office or similar office-based programmes.
- Experience working within a team.
- Being self-motivated and confident
- Punctual
- Able to follow instructions carefully and check for understanding when necessary.

**What you will be responsible for**
- Inputting data
- Working well within a team environment
- Transport admin for company vehicles
- Receiving and making telephone calls to clients and manufacturers
- General office admin and counter duties
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Performing additional duties when required.
- Locate old files and update records as to movements of documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
