**Administrator - Accounts**

A full-time position has become available in a busy Accounts office.

We are seeking a person with qualities that include
- Strong understanding of the workings of an office
- Strong understanding of book-keeping and reconciliations
- Excellent interpersonal skills - to deal with colleagues, customers, and external contacts
- Good organizational skills, accurate and be able to work with minimum supervision
- Preferably have experience using Microsoft Excel and Sage but not essential as full training will be given

Role, duties, and responsibilities

An Accounts Administrator will be expected to perform, but not limited to any of the following tasks:

- Reconciling bank accounts
- Processing invoices & payments
- Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
- Credit control
- Handling and writing cheques
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Data Entry
- Cash Handling
- Ad hoc Accounts and Office tasks as they arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,255.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
