**About the role**:
The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with a Head of International Sales who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands.

Right now is a pivotal moment for the brand as we look to supercharge our growth and become laser focused in achieving our ambitious goal of reaching £250million in revenue over the next 5 years.

You will be responsible for expanding and developing our international distributor partnerships, to deliver maximum brand and commercial impact by growing our ‘rest of world’ footprint. You will develop and implement ambitious short term, as well as, long term sales plans to deliver solid revenue growth, net profit margins and dramatically increase our market share.
- **Responsible for achieving** annual sales budgets, turnover and profit
- **Identify new international markets** for brand launch to increase sales & brand awareness
- **Negotiate and manage **joint business plans with each country and its distributor
- **Implement the brands NPD** **plans** in each market, alongside our dedicated Marketing team
- **Manage a small team**, of who will each have their own portfolio of accounts
- **Effectively account manage** key accounts to continually enrich our distributor partnerships
- **Take a proactive approach **to adapt to each market, maximising its success
- **Build annual budget plans** and demonstrate growth in sales, profit, A&P

**About you**:
You will preferably have experience of working in a founder led organisation, likely within the beauty or wellness industry, across international markets. Be able to build up new market’s, as well as come with the skill to maintain and account manage these relationships moving forward.
- Has international experience and is able to demonstrate ambitious sales growth with previous companies, along with opening up new international markets
- Line management experience
- Commercially strong with the ability to build strong relationships with all seniorities, externally and internally
- Happy with a hybrid role and work from our Brighton HQ at least 2/3 days a week
- Able to travel extensively to international markets to visit key accounts
