**Intermediated Sales Support**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediated Sales Support to join our team in Eastleigh office.

You will actively shape and support the delivery of the intermediary panel account plans, for new business and retention.

**A bit about the job**:
The Intermediated Sales Support will understand the group risk market, products, and services to communicate with internal and external partners effectively and credibly with face-to-face meetings with intermediaries on occasion to support development of the relationship. You will be the dedicated point of contact for issue resolution for external customers - take ownership, seek out answers from internal teams as needed and deliver/communicate to Intermediaries.

You will be required to manage complex complaints and coach Sales Support providing best practice approach to resolving customer issues first time if possible. You will actively contribute to raising the team's profile and creating a positive perception of the team internally and externally, it is essential that you enjoy working in a team environment. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to keeping Salesforce up to date, obtain feedback from intermediaries and highlight key prospects to manager to maximise sales leads.

**Skills and experience we're looking for**:

- Extensive experience working in a demanding intermediated sales environment with direct contact with aligned intermediaries and their teams.
- Excellent customer service skills: proven ability to positively create the right outcome for customers. Able to proactively identify and resolve issues. Excellent understanding of customer needs. Ability to influence other members of staff to be innovative in finding solutions to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills: including telephony, communication, and literacy skills. Capable and confident in communicating with customers. Able to deliver difficult messages with confidence. Active listener. Able to relay complex information to ensure message is understood, changing language and method of communication according to the audience. Develops and maintains networks both internally and externally to maximum effect.
- Outstanding organisational skills when working in a busy and fast paced environment - ability to manage daily work within service standards whilst maintaining attention to detail every time. Has ability to resource manage in absence of manager for the Sales Support area.
- Successful teammate - ability to work within a team, able to put the needs of the team and business ahead of individual needs. Actively contributes to team meetings. Is viewed positively amongst the rest of the team and business.

- Salary circa £25,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
