Our client, FireCare Security and Electrical Ltd is providing all-round fire protection services to organisations across the South. They install and maintain fire alarms systems, extinguishers, emergency lighting, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and door entry systems and can also support their customers with annual fire risk assessments and fire training. They are now looking for a productive and adaptable _Sales Support Administrator_ to join their friendly team based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Reporting to Head of Sales, you will play a key role within the Sales and Contracts team.
- Sales Support Administrator_, the role:
Being a primary contact for customers - from introduction to works acceptance
- Booking site surveys and sales meetings with customers
- Quoting for all remedial works following engineers visit
- Reviewing existing quotations and keeping the clients and workload updated
- Helping with management of clients’ contracts and the rates of contracts
- Evaluating sales reports and overviewing sales targets
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure all sales are passed for scheduling
- General office administration duties (incoming phone calls, inbox etc)
- Sales Support Administrator_, the person:

- Minimum 5 GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Evidence of excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to role and daily tasks
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to use your own initiative
- Good level of numeracy and IT skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
