- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and coordinate replenishment. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot customer concerns and find creative solutions to enhance their experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance.

Qualifications:

- **Organisational Skills**: Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
