Our client a world leading global company that prides itself on providing the best service possible to its clients are currently looking to recruit a Sales Order Administrator to join their friendly team. The company works with a range of clients from small privately-owned companies to multi-national. The position would suit someone with excellent attention to detail who enjoys a busy role. You will be liaising with customers along with the technical and production team regarding orders and providing administrative support.

Role: Sales Order Administrator Where: Eastleigh Salary: Up to £27,000 pa dependant on experience

Responsibilities will include:

- Being the first point of call via telephone/ email

- Taking of orders

- Dealing with enquiries/ queries

- Liaising with clients/ suppliers over the telephone

- Checking of stock and stock availability

- Checking of pricing

- Checking if orders need any additional certification

- Processing of orders

- Updating the system

You will need:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to work on your own initiative

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to work as part of a small team

- The ability to multi-task

- Previous experience in a similar role

- A stable career history

- IT skills including MS Office, Email and Internet
