**Administration Coordinator**

**New Look Oxon is a small but growing Construction and Facilities Management company that undertakes a variety of maintenance and project works across a diverse portfolio including the Ministry of Defence,**

**We are currently based at RAF Brize Norton and Shrivenham but cover multiple locations across the South East and South West.**

**We are currently looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team. You will be working directly with the Operations Manager,**

**This role has administrative duties, You will be primarily based at Shrivenham but may be expected to travel to support and work on projects at other locations.**

**This role would be suitable for someone with excellent administration skills with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone that is interested in working on a broad variety of tasks within the construction/building industry on military bases and has an interest or experience in project support or management.**

**Some of the duties but not limited to -**
- **Act as a point of contact for staff, clients, and any other key stakeholders**:

- **Support in the resource allocation for day-to-day operations and planning**:

- **Manage the CRM system (Salesforce) and capture all information**:

- **Implement, manage and control policies**:

- **Prepare and provide documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders with support from the Operations Manager**:

- **Coordinate Quality Control inspections and recording**:

- **Create and issue quotations to clients**:

- **Sage**:

- **Monitor expenses and forecasting**:

- **Payroll runs**:

- **Xero**

**Desirable criteria but not essential -**
- **Experience in the construction/building industry**:

- **Experience with salesforce system**
