We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our busy HR Team as an **HR Adviser** at a time of continuing organisational growth and innovation. Reporting to the Head of HR you will work with managers and staff across the College providing guidance and advice on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, transactional HR, policy and process, exit process, recruitment, reporting and everything in between. To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

- CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards and a commitment to complete L5 in future.
- Level 2 English and Maths.
- Experience of working in a ‘people focussed’ role.
- Proven strong customer service skills which demonstrates ability to put the customer first and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proven background in successfully working as part of an effective team.
- Experience of supervising.
- High standard of administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and in line with data protection regulations.
- High level of IT skills including MS office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work to challenging timescales.
- Demonstrate excellent task management and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines and manage a busy workload effectively.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing a busy, changing workload and conflicting demands to meet deadlines and targets.

**Full time, 37 hours per week, all year round**

**Salary: £25,750**
