Job Title: Fire and Security Install Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Install Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning a wide range of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and audio visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission fire and security systems to the highest standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare for jobs by reading site plans and specifications and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
  • Fault find and problem solve when attending call outs or break downs
  • Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and routine visits
  • Complete all company paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements
  • Advise customers on new products and services to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in installing and commissioning fire and security systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including overtime and on-call shifts
